Welcome to Whole Bunch Club: Finding What Works for Your Family

Motherhood is a journey unlike any other—filled with love, challenges, and constant learning. One thing we know for sure? Moms need moms. We thrive when we have a supportive community to share experiences, ideas, and encouragement. That’s why we created Whole Bunch Club—a space where moms can come together to navigate healthy family living in a way that works best for them.

I’m Victoria, and along with my dear friend Nathalia, we started Whole Bunch Club to foster connection, growth, and real conversations about what it means to raise a healthy family. While I’m a stay-at-home mom and Nathalia is a working mom, we share the same goal: to create a life that supports our families’ well-being—without feeling pressured to fit into a mold of what’s considered “normal.”

Our Mission: More Than Just Non-Toxic Living

Whole Bunch Club isn’t about following a set of rigid rules. It’s about finding what works for your family—whether that means choosing healthier foods, creating a safer home environment, or simply making small changes that lead to big impacts.

For some, that might mean switching to non-toxic cleaning supplies or swapping processed snacks for whole foods. For others, it could mean prioritizing mental health, finding balance as a busy mom, or making space for more intentional family time.

The truth is, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to motherhood. Our goal isn’t to tell you what you should or shouldn’t do—it’s to provide support, ideas, and real-life experiences so you can make informed choices that feel right for you.

Breaking Free from the “Normal” Mindset

One of the biggest challenges in motherhood is the pressure to do things the “normal” way. But what is normal, really?

•Is it normal for kids to be hyperactive and constantly craving sugar, or is that a result of what’s in their food?

•Is it normal to use heavily scented cleaning products, or have we just been conditioned to think our homes need to smell a certain way to be “clean”?

•Is it normal to feel exhausted all the time as a mom, or are there simple lifestyle shifts that could help us feel more energized and present?

At Whole Bunch Club, we believe in questioning the status quo and exploring different possibilities. We’ve both had experiences where small changes—like paying attention to ingredient labels, swapping out everyday products, or simplifying routines—made a huge difference in our families’ health and happiness.

And here’s the best part: you don’t have to do everything at once. Change happens in small steps, and every little shift counts.

What We’ve Learned (and Are Still Learning!)

Through our own experiences, we’ve discovered that creating a healthy home isn’t about doing things perfectly—it’s about doing what feels right for your family in this season of life.

Some of the areas we focus on include:

1. Food Choices That Make Sense for You

We’ve both gone through the process of reading ingredient labels and realizing how many unnecessary additives, preservatives, and sugars are in everyday foods. For me, one of the biggest wake-up calls was my toddler’s eating habits—when I removed overly processed snacks from his diet, his appetite and mood completely changed.

But does that mean we never eat fun foods? Of course not. It’s about balance, awareness, and making choices that feel good—not restrictive.

2. Creating a Healthier Home Environment

While I’ve made some non-toxic swaps (like switching to Branch Basics for cleaning and Molly’s Suds for laundry), I also know that not everything needs to be changed overnight. We both believe in making gradual shifts that work for your lifestyle—whether that means choosing cleaner products, filtering your water, or simply being mindful of what you bring into your home.

3. Finding What Works for Each Season of Motherhood

As a stay-at-home mom, I have the time to research and experiment with different products and routines. Nathalia, on the other hand, balances a busy work schedule and needs quick, efficient solutions. What works for one of us might not work for the other—and that’s exactly the point. Every mom’s journey is unique, and that’s something to celebrate.

A Whole Bunch of Support

At the end of the day, Whole Bunch Club is about connection, not perfection.

We’re here to share real experiences—the wins, the struggles, the lessons learned—so that no mom feels alone in this journey. Whether you’re just starting to make changes in your family’s lifestyle or you’ve been on this path for a while, you’re welcome here.

So, if you’ve ever felt:

✔ Overwhelmed by all the “health advice” out there

✔ Like you’re trying to fit into a mold that doesn’t feel right

✔ Curious about simple ways to create a healthier home

✔ In need of a supportive, like-minded community

Then you’re in the right place.

We’re so glad you’re here, and we can’t wait to learn, grow, and support each other along the way.

Let’s redefine what healthy living looks like—together.

Welcome to Whole Bunch Club.
